Terms of Use

1. Your rights to the content you use

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any audio files, images, GIFs, and video files you process through Prod Posts. By using the app you represent that you own or are licensed to use all content you import.

This applies to all render modes. With Local Browser Render, files are processed entirely in your browser and never leave your device. With Free Cloud Render, files are temporarily uploaded to a render server and deleted immediately after the rendered video is returned to you. You are responsible for the rights to any content you upload.

Prod Posts does not review, store long-term, or take ownership of your content. The export you create is yours.

2. Prohibited uses

Do not use Prod Posts to create content that:

• Infringes on the copyright or intellectual property of others.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Uses samples, beats, or visuals you do not have rights to distribute.
• Is defamatory, harassing, or harmful to others.

3. Beta disclaimer — provided as-is

Prod Posts is currently in beta. The app, including Free Cloud Render, is provided as-is without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that exports will succeed, that the app will be available at all times, or that output files will meet any particular quality standard. Cloud render availability and processing times are not guaranteed.

Use of the app is at your own risk. Paper Trail is not liable for any loss of files, failed exports, or indirect damages arising from your use of Prod Posts during beta.

4. Accounts and Pro access

Prod Posts now supports user accounts via Google or email and password. Creating an account is optional for basic use but required to redeem a Lifetime Pro code.

Lifetime Pro access may be granted by redeeming a promotional code. Codes are single-use and non-transferable. Pro status grants removal of ad placeholders and will unlock future Pro features as they become available.

Free Cloud Render is available as an optional render mode. When you use it, your audio and visual files are uploaded temporarily to a render server and deleted immediately after the rendered video is returned to you. No files are stored persistently. Premium tools (no ads, private compiler features) are planned but not yet active.

5. Pricing and payments — coming soon

Pro pricing is not currently active. Any future price or checkout flow will be shown clearly before purchase. You will not be charged without an explicit checkout step on this site.

A one-time purchase (not a subscription) is planned. Once a checkout is live, the price and terms will be displayed before completion. Once purchased, the access grant will be honored per the terms in effect at time of purchase.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Prod Posts adds features (real ad integration, payments). Continued use of the app after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will do our best to communicate significant changes clearly.
